Is the free plan really free?

Yes. The Free plan stays free forever and includes up to two panels, transcripts and basic analytics. You only upgrade when your server outgrows it.

Can I use my own bot name and avatar?

On the Rimpllee Custom plan you connect your own bot token, set a custom activity and remove all Rimpllee branding for a fully white-label experience.

Does Rimpllee have an API?

Yes. Generate an API key on the Integrations page and open tickets from your own website, panel or backend through our REST API. The Cyber Secure integration also brings player account info straight into your tickets.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your tickets and transcripts remain accessible for 30 days after cancelling so you can export everything. After that they are permanently deleted.
